What if my podcast episodes feel too scattered to become a book?

That’s very common.
Most podcasts contain far more structure and insight than their hosts realise. My role is to extract the ideas, patterns and perspectives within your conversations and shape them into a clear, coherent book.
The result isn’t a transcript of your podcast; it’s a professionally structured authority book built from the thinking behind it.

Do I need to have a podcast to work with you?

A podcast is the most common starting point, but it isn’t the only one.
Many clients come with recorded conversations, guest podcast appearances, interviews, keynote recordings or other spoken content that captures their thinking.
If your expertise already exists in spoken form, it can usually be shaped into a book.

What happens if the book doesn’t become a bestseller?

The bestseller campaign is delivered by my US publishing partner and includes a Top 10 Amazon bestseller guarantee.
If the book does not reach the Top 10 in its category during the campaign window, you get your money back for that part of the delivery.

Will the book actually sound like me?

Yes! That’s the entire point! Before writing begins, I extract how you naturally think, explain ideas and tell stories. That voice extraction process ensures the book reflects your perspective and language, rather than sounding like generic ghostwriting.

Why isn’t professional editing included?

The focus of the Authority Asset process is extracting your thinking and turning it into a clear, structured manuscript built from your spoken expertise.
Because the manuscript is created quickly, often within 30 days, the process prioritises capturing your ideas, voice and perspective rather than running the book through a full editorial production cycle.

The manuscript you receive will be professionally written and carefully proofread, but it is not run through a full line-editing or copyediting process.
Many clients are perfectly happy with the manuscript as delivered. However, if you would like the additional polish that comes from professional editing, you are welcome to work with a specialist editor before publication.

I’m happy to recommend experienced editors who typically charge between £600 and £1,200, depending on the length of the manuscript.
Ultimately, the manuscript is approved and signed off by you before it moves into publication. This ensures the book reflects your voice and ideas exactly as intended.
